DX1 series press is gap frame press with added support beams that helps to reduce the spring back and add more rigidity to the press frame. It allows heavier duty works to be performed than on a typical gap frame press.
DX1 series presses are built to meet or exceed JIS Class 1 accuracy standards. Rigid fabricated steel frames help to maintain accuracy and provide increased tool life by minimizing deflection. Precision-machined gears, forged steel crankshafts and other drive train components are designed for smooth power transmission, quiet operation and long life. Our proprietary clutch system is oil submerged wet clutch design to provide high torque outputs, high single stroke rate, and longer service life of the clutch system.
Mitsubishi based control platform are standardized in all CFG’s presses, it provides ease of operation and expandable capabilities. User friendly design and easy to integration with other automation system. Other brands of control can be furnished upon request.
Flywheel direct drive design is available for short stroke, high SPM applications.
