RX2 series is designed for fully automated, high speed production progressive die application.
The benefit of RX2 is the precision accuracy of slide parallelism to the bolster while maintain the high production speed. The precision of alignment of the slide to bolster is achieved through forged one-piece eccentric shaft and precise machining on the press frames. The one-piece eccentric shaft design reduces the clearance between assemblies, which helps produce more precise parts.
The one-piece eccentric shaft also helps off-center loading of the tool. The wrist pin design between the connection rod and the slide can reduce the snap through impacts in blanking applications.
Non-gear drive or Flywheel drive options is available for different applications.
